Ali is an architectural technologist at Fuse with a masters in architectural engineering. Ali has range of experience across planning, technical design and BIM management and he has a keen interest in maintaining BIM standards. Ali is part of technical team delivering construction packages. Outside the office Ali has keen interest travelling around the globe.

Athina is a Senior Technical Assistant and has vast experience working on residential, retail and urban scale projects, from schematic to completion in both the UK and Internationally. Other than architecture, Athina has a keen interest in travelling and cooking.

Damian is an Associate at Fuse Architects specialising in large scale residential planning packs. Damian runs a variety of technically complex planning schemes, delivering hundreds of units throughout London, as well as managing the studio’s drawing quality standards. Damian is a big rugby fan and enjoys travelling the world.

Haider is an Architectural Assistant with experience in design and planning, he has a keen interest in Net Carbon Zero and Sustainability Design. In his spare time, Haider likes to swim, play video games, photography, and travel. Most importantly, he enjoys eating out.

Henry is a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with a background in residential and regeneration, and has a keen interest in Passiv Haus, retrofitting and BIM. He has contributed towards the delivery of multiple housing schemes in London and the South-east. In his spare time, he likes to socialise, and watch and play cricket and football.

Imran is an Architectural Technologist with a background in the residential and retrofit sectors. Imran has an interest in VR in Architecture and has written a paper on this. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, socialising with friends, and watching football.

Josefa is an Architect with experience across all RIBA stages, predominantly in the delivery stages of residential and mixed-use schemes across greater London. Josefa has a keen interest in BIM, especially streamlining processes for efficiency. In her spare time Josefa loves to travel, to experience different culinary tastes, culture and architecture.

Kat is an architect at Fuse Architects with experience delivering large scale residential schemes in Greater London. In her spare time Kat is a terrible guitarist and a figurative artist, who has exhibited her work for charity.

Katie is our Marketing and Events Coordinator, running our social media and all PR activity, planning in person and online events, and supporting our business development. Katie recently graduated from the University of York with a degree in Philosophy and History and outside of her studies has always been passionate about the fashion industry. Outside of work she enjoys socialising with friends and travelling.

Olimpia is a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with a passion for culturally sustainable architecture, and with previous experience working on Zero Carbon solutions in the built environment. Outside of work, she enjoys going on adventures, eating pasta and pizza, and playing lots of volleyball in both London and national leagues.

Penny has over 30 years' business experience and is main equity partner and Director of Fuse Architects. Penny manages the commercial aspects of the business and has a wealth of experience in business development, with a passion for housing and social enterprise. Additionally, Penny has mentored and overseen teams of personnel both within Fuse and as part of other initiatives. Socially she is a keen cook, swimmer and mum to 3 grown up boys.

Radu is an Architect with experience in the design and delivery of projects across the residential and mixed-use sectors. In his spare time, Radu is a professional architectural photographer, he loves travelling and visiting iconic architectural projects.
