We are developing designs for a rented affordable housing scheme with ground floor community space in South East London. The project is Net Zero Carbon utilising a fabric first approach (improved building regulations and air permeability), ASHP’s, MVHR and PV panels. The construction is with SIP panels, brick skin and triple glazing.

The project is currently at planning stage.
