We worked on the planning approval and working drawings for four net-zero carbon, fully modular affordable homes in Plumstead. Together with Greenwich Council and Ilke Homes, the sustainable scheme on Lister Terrace has widely publicised including features on PBC and Business Green. The project was part of a pilot scheme for Greenwich Council and was completed in 2020.
