We produced the planning and working drawings for a fully net-zero carbon, sustainable residential site in Greenwich. As part of the Greenwich Direct Delivery Small Sites Programme, the new development is constructed with SIPs panels and is located on The Underwood. The development provides 1 wheelchair accessible home and 7 new affordable homes for the borough. The project was completed in early 2021.
